How I can do it automatically loses water raft?

I put in a new 16'x16 'pond. I do my best to not "marry" with the project once it is completed. evaporation of water is a problem. I'm looking for a mechanism that resembles a toilet, the level detected water in the pond and the addition of adequate amounts automatically.
